Terms and Conditions

Pescador is neither a shoe shop nor a shoe factory. Rather, it is a shoemaker workshop which makes exclusively tailor made shoes. We are committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly, you are welcome to ask for them to be modified or get a new pair at no extra expense, save for the return and delivery charges.

Guarantee of quality

Pescador’s shoes delivery fit perfectly the requirements of the customer, in so far as each shoe is made to accommodate each foot. So you will run no risk when purchasing them even before trying them on.

If, in spite of the manufacturer’s guarantee, your shoes don’t fit perfectly due to an error of measurement or some other reason, we will modify your shoes or make a new pair totally free of charge, except for the return and delivery charges.

Prices.

Site prices can be changed without notice.

Delivery time limit.

We will deliver your shoes in the space of 30 days after the order has been confirmed.

Tracking.

Once you are registered you can use your order code to follow the manufacturing process of your shoes on our webcam. This way you will be able to enjoy graphically the process of elaboration of your exclusive pair of shoes, besides being able to check, at any moment, the progress of your order.

PR0’s Conditions.

Golf professionals, as well as professional golf players, will receive a special treatment.

Once accredited as a professional, you will enjoy a 50% discount on the price of your shoes.

Also eligible for the St. Marks program of golf prescribers through which may make known the Pescador shoes among its clients and friends on special conditions for the PRO.

To qualify for this program and professional discount, email to info@pescadorshoes.com a copy of current professional license, and then register as a user on the Pescador site using the key sent by email.

Custom design.

Both proshops club, as players associations, teams and golf shops have the opportunity to design their own custom shoes with their logos, colors and emblems, since a minimum order of ten pairs.
Or also can request a completely free design proposal.

Step 1.- Send your idea or send your logo and colors and let us propose one design for free.
Step 2.- If agree, we send photos and video of the real sample shoe.
Step 3 .- If agree, we send the sample shoe or pair.
Step 4 .- If agree, send your order and we refund the shoe sample.
