Prerequisites:

Measurements must be carried out in the morning, either after 10 min with your legs stretched horizontally or after no less than 30 min if sitting, but never after doing exercise.

It is best to do it wearing the socks you intend to wear when playing, since golf socks are slightly thicker than the average socks.
Both feet must be measured, for each foot is different.
Measurements must be made in the sitting position.
Measurement mustn’t take place during any illness which affects blood circulation or produces a swelling of the feet.

For each foot:

1 Length.
While sitting, preferably on a low chair, take a pen or pencil of standard thickness (8-10mm) and draw the outline of your foot on a piece of paper placed between the floor and your foot. You must keep the pencil upright at all times (at 90º at the floor). Be sure that all your toes are fully stretched.

Once you have drawn the outline, take a ruler and draw a line between the back of the heel and the tip of the big toe. Then measure the length of the line, which must intersect with the outline of the foot.

Go to the “length” menu and enter your measurement.

  Right foot length:
  Left foot length:
2 Width.
Using the same outline, draw a line across, perpendicular to the longitudinal line, where the width is greatest. The right spot for drawing the line is located at one third of the length line, from the toes. Make sure the width line is perpendicular to the length one. You can use a set square for better results. Then measure the line between the two points where the line intersects with the outline.

Go to the “width” menu and enter your measurement.

  Right foot width:
  Left foot width:
3 Plantar contour.
Place the outline on the floor and a tape measure over the width line. Then put your foot on it so that it matches the outline. Wrap the tape measure round the sole of your foot, holding the two ends perpendicular to the floor.

Go to the “plantar contour” menu and enter the measurement for your foot contour.

  Right plantar contour foot:
  Left plantar contour foot:
4 Instep contour.
Keeping your foot flat on the floor, bend your knee forward until a fold is formed at the joint of the leg and the instep. From that point, and always keeping the perpendicular, measure the contour of the instep.

Go to the “instep contour” menu and enter your measurement.

  Right instep contour foot:
  Left instep contour foot:
5 Heel.
Using the same point of reference for the instep measurement, wrap the tape measure diagonally round the heel up to its base.

Go to the “heel contour” menu and enter your measurement.

  Right heel foot:
  Left heel foot:
6 Arch.
Select from these types of foot (A, B or C) the closest to your foot. Do not use the contour picture of step 1 as a reference because in the contour drawing in step 1, all are C.

A good reference is the brand of heat that foot leaves in the ground.

If unsure, do not worry, enter A option.

For golf, we set a certain arc depending on the measures introduced to prevent foot posture diseases such as plantar fascitis. Therefore, you may notice an excess of support in the arch of the foot.

We recommend this configuration.

If you prefer to have footwear with interior flat insole, check “yes” in “flat insole” menu.
